At the end of August 2021, Eva Telenkova first watched aquabike racing from the stands of the Russian Championship in Konakovo. She was a spectator that day, but the experience became the starting point of her own journey in the sport.
First steps on the water
David Aleksandrovich Dzhalagoniya was the first coach to introduce Eva to riding an aquabike. Getting to know the machine revealed another side of the sport: behind the spectacular turns and clouds of spray are control, precision and continual work on technique.
Support along the way
Eva’s parents remain her strongest support. Her father accompanies her to training sessions and competitions, offering guidance and encouragement. That support helps her progress step by step, from getting to know the water and the equipment to taking on new races.
Believing that the impossible can be done, and that the desired result can be achieved.
The story continues
Aquabike brings together speed, concentration and respect for the water. Eva’s story is built on training, sporting experience and the drive to improve. This section will share stories about her preparation, competitions and the next stages of her journey.
